On Thursday, June 21, we will gather to celebrate the awarding of two major prizes in the Edmonton arts community: The Eldon + Anne Foote Edmonton Visual Arts Prize, and the Robert Kroetsch City of Edmonton Book Prize. These two prizes, while different in focus and genre, celebrate the artistic work that makes our city vibrant and interesting and beautiful. Please join us to honour the shortlisted visual artists and authors whose work is worthy of celebration! Drinks and snacks will be served.

SHORTLIST for the Robert Kroetsch City of Edmonton Book Prize is:
- Billy-Ray Belcourt, This Wound is a World (Frontenac House)
- Norma Dunning, Annie Muktuk and other stories (University of Alberta Press)
- Lisa Martin, Believing is not the same as Being Saved (University of Alberta Press)
